Very motivated seller!! This is a construction company specializing in sustainable hardscaping and other services based near downtown Houston. Established in 2014 as a secondary business, but in 2019 became the owner’s primary business. Clients include high-end residential, architects, landscape architects, and builders of both commercial and residential.
Relationships with local and county governments. Installation work has been done in other major cities throughout Texas. They are no longer subcontractor dependent as they now have a full staff of 10.
There was an increase in revenue even through the pandemic. The new owner has the ability to scale up and/or diversify services. Sales in 2022 were over $1,000,000 and projected to remain consistent as of August 2023.
Current advertising is through social media and word of mouth with very limited localized magazine advertising.
