This is a beautiful and very professional looking deli located in an office building in Sugarland.  The deli is ideally located on the first floor of one of two adjoining office buildings.  There are 8 floors in both buildings for a total of 16 floors.  They are the only deli for both buildings.  They also have the coveted Starbucks coffee marketing alliance.  This is not a franchise.  They serve the same Starbucks products but they can charge whatever the market will support.  In addition, they serve salads, sandwiches, soups, etc.  There is a hood but it is not operational for deep frying.  However, the hood could enable deep frying with some moderation, according to the Seller.  There are 2,611 square feet renting for $2,611 per month including utilities.  Again, no expense for electric, gas, water or trash pick-up.
